- The membership charges cover all non-conference DHARTI events.
- In order to register for any DHARTI conference participants must have one of the following categories of membership: Biannual or Long term.
- All Biannual and Long term members will have the right to stand for and vote in elections to elect the DHARTI Governing Body.
- All Biannual and Long term members will have free registration for any DHARTI event.
- For International membership, rates will be determined by the list of High Income Categories (GNP per capita, Purchasing Power Parity) as issued by the World Bank from time to time.
